A Personal Concierge is someone who helps you by taking care of things that you need done. This could be running errands to hanging pictures to walking your dog. Another name for a Personal Concierge is a Lifestyle Manager, which gives a more accurate picture of the services provided. A Lifestyle Manager helps you in maintaining your lifestyle.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request unless it is illegal, unethical or would put our clients and our staff at risk for harm. Can I set up a schedule for services? Yes, we are glad to schedule daily, weekly or monthly services. The most economical way for you is to purchase a monthly Membership. How do I get set up as a new client? Complete the New Client form and we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a complementary 30-minute consultation. This allows time for us to get to know each other better. When do you schedule appointments? Appointments for new clients are typically during the weekday; however , for some our services we are available to work evenings and weekends. Is there a minimum amount of time for a service request? We have a one-hour minimum for any service request. After the first hour, we will bill you in 30-minute increments. And you can combine multiple tasks for the time requested. Do you have a cancellation policy? Our policy requires a 24-hour cancellation notice on all scheduled appointments. A fee of $25 will be charged for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice. Do I have to sign a contract for services? We ask that clients sign an agreement noting the types of services to be provided and the payment method selected. We also provide you with detailed information on the services we provide. There will not be any long-term contracts since we work for you only when you need us. How will I know that you will keep any information about me or my business confidential? Our ethics as well as our agreement assure you that any and all information that we come across in the course of working with any client is considered confidential -- this includes personal, business, financial, medical, etc. We are glad to provide references. Do I have to be at home when you come to work? Once a working relationship is established, many of our clients are not present as we work. This is entirely up to you and the nature of the work we are doing. |
