•  Personal Time Saver services are pre-paid.  We accept cash, personal checks, pre-paid
   Visa/debit cards and secure online payment via PayPal. 
•  Additional charges for purchases or fees incurred to fulfill your service request will need a
   deposit before proceeding with the request.  
•  Charges begin when we leave to run your errand or begin your request.  
•  One-Hour minimum for services, billing in 30-minute increments after the first hour. 
•  Mileage is included up to 15 miles, then charged at $0.50 per mile.
• Requests scheduled outside of business hours, on weekends or holidays may be subject to
  additional fees.

• We will reply to all requests for service within 24 hours.
• Please provide 24 hours lead time on all requests.  We will make every effort to fulfill
  requests for service as soon as possible.
• For requests of a more urgent nature (less than 24 hours lead time,) call with details of the
  request and we will do our best to help you.  Emergency requests may incur extra fees.
• We require 24-hour cancellation notice on all scheduled appointments.  A fee of $25 will be
  charged for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.
• Service hours must be used within 30 days of purchase. Unused service hours will not be
  refunded or carried over.
• Fees listed do not include any merchandise purchased or any goods charged by a third
  party vendor related to a client request.
• Pet services require an introduction meeting with the owner and the pet prior to services
  (approx.. 30 minutes) and proof of rabies vaccination.  Transport of small pets require a
  proper pet carrier.
• Personal Time Saver holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and
  unsuitable for its staff.
• Mandatory pre-arrangement are required for any purchased beer, wine or liquor requests. 
  Delivery requires an adult 21 years old or older to accept purchased products.
• Personal Time Saver reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.

All personal information collected by Personal Time Saver will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered.  At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party except for the purpose of completing the client's financial obligation to Personal Time Saver or their selected service provider.
